IEP Meeting Facilitation Needs Assessment
Thank you for providing your input. Let us know your needs and opinions on Individual Education Program meeting facilitation.
Individual Education Programs (IEPs) are essential to ensure that special education students are provided programs to meet their individual needs. The IEP is developed by a team that includes educators, adult students, parents, and other caregivers. Generally there is full agreement on what the students needs; sometimes, though, disagreements occur. In some of these cases, there is a need for a facilitator to work with the IEP team, helping the parties reach agreement on what is best for the student.

This is the first in a series of needs assessments being conducted to coordinate the efforts of special education families and educators.

This survey is open to Special Education teachers, ESAs, Para-educators, Principals, Special Education Directors, and families of Special Education students.

We are seeking your input on Individual Education Program (IEP) meetings:
When IEP meeting facilitation would be of benefit?
How IEP meeting facilitation would best work?

Please take a few moments and complete this short survey. The information you provide will be used by the Special Ed Support Center to ensure that those participating in IEPs have the resources they need.
